I backed this up with SmartRipper, then used DVD2AVI and loaded it up in TMPEG. I loaded the SVCD NTSCFilm template. On the advanced tab, I set the Source Aspect Ratio to 16:9 I tried both Display and NTSC. The resulting mpg has a border on the sides as well as the top and bottom. This is the first time I've seen this even though I've done other 16:9 dvds before.
Any Help would be great, THANKS!

No, I used SmartRipper on a VHS cassette... /sarcasm off
Yuppers I picked it up a few days ago. Its a great edition and the Making of Omaha Beach is OUTSTANDING.
I've done 16:9 DVDs before and this didn't happen. I'm not sure what to change to fix it.
