If your mpeg2 is DVD compliant then you need to "author" then burn. Author section over there <-<-<-, TMPGEnc DVD Author is newbie friendly.

Not sure if it's DVD compliant? Check it with avicodec and post the results.

  4. Download the trial of DVDMovie Factory from Ulead Software.

It will re-encode your MPEG2 if it is not compliant.

I will also allow you to add a menu, chapters, etc... all in an easy to use tool.

Thats SVCD. SOme authoring packages will accept it (TMPGenc DVDA Will I believe) and some DVD players will play it. But it is not DVD compliant.

Also your audio needs to be 48khz sample rate for DVD, yours is 44.1khz. Resample if you want compliance.

Read some guides (<==== OVER THERE), Learn, try things, then come back here and ask specific questions when you have some idea what you are trying to do.

A 480x480 mpeg2 is definitely an SVCD, and there's 2 ways to put it on a DVD. Either re-encode it to DVD spec for maximum compatibility, 352x480 is closest; or put it on a DVD as-is but only re-sample the audio, if your player plays SVCD then chances are it will play it.

    2nd method: http://www.svcd2dvd.com/Help/GettingStarted1.5.aspx

If you go to the guides section (over there <-<-<-) and select Format Conversion and then SVCD to DVD you will get a list of guides.

    Good luck.
