Anyone ever seen CCE bundled with a capture card?

I'm guessing that most outfits that are selling cards to average everyday Joe consumer will be more inclined to bundle software that's a little more user friendly. CCE is pretty much useless without AviSynth or some other frameserver, as all it is is an encoder -- which is another strike against it as most of the bundled software I've seen with cards or other devices is all-in-one solution type stuff that does it all. I'm willing to bet that your average Moe that goes to Best Buy and gets raped for a DVD burner and a capture device don't have any idea how to use a script.
