    I have a couple of dvds where the .vob file just wont come off....i use dvd decryptor and smart ripper and it just wont work.... even clean my dvd player and the back of the dvd but it still dont help...... is there anything out there that can help??????

    tried different drive and computer.... it doesnt work in the regular dvd drive or when i try to use the dvd recorder

    list your error message.
    drop the speed of your read. sometimes reading at 4 or 2x works better on scrached discs

    go to TOOLS -->Settings -->Device tab

    check the "set read speed" box
    choose 2x or 4x from the drop down box
