Hey All,
What is the difference between - and + dvdr/rw's ??? I dont understand what it is ?

They are roughly analogous.
The difference being that more players, especially OLDER or CHEAPER players, will like your -R discs than +R discs.
However, +R is the newer standard, it DOES support both CLV and CAV, dual layer burners are, at the moment, +R, and it also supports after-the-fact edits for your video DVD's... not necessarily something the people on this forum do a lot, but nifty nonetheless.
However, if compatibility is your goal... stick with -R. The media is cheaper, too.
