    I have some small AVI video clips I'm trying to put on the web in MOV format. Every time I try to convert with 0.0.9t I end up with a file that won't play in QT at all. It just shows up white, no audio, no video. Any ideas?

    I was able to convert them in QT just fine and they seem to play OK on Win and OS X. And if you're wondering why that format, I want it to be universal and MOV/MPEG4 seems to be the best choice.

    Try with http://homepage.mac.com/major4/ffmpegX_0.0.9s.dmg if it works any better?
