    I want to know:
    TVs of which of the following brands allows us to manually adjust both Horizontal and Vertical Overscan through the Service Menu/Mode or other menus-
    Sony;LG;Samsung;Philips.

    And could you tell me how to enter the Service Menu/Mode of LG TVs?

    i would be surprised to find ANY tv didn't allow it these days. google your specific TV and if you're lucky you'll find how to get into service mode. if not the engineers handbook for your TV will tell you, prices vary between different manufacturers, but probably $30 or more.
