Lois Lane from Superman is pretty crazy. I think she's locked up in an asylum now. She ripped all her hair out and lived in a bush for like a month. I'm not kidding either.

Martin Lawrence is pretty damn nuts too. He's forgotten to take his meds a couple times and wound up wandering the highway on foot with his gun.

Other then that, I'd have to say Anna Nicole Smith. She's just a walking trainwreck.
