    Searched how to's for answer but no help.
    Can ffmpegX cut a ac3 file to a short version?
    Intro menu in Sizzle requires a ac3 audio no more tha 20 seconds, so I need to cut and edit this out of the existing 90 minute file.

    Thank you for your kind reply DJRumpy but it appears that your program is a PC platform and as you will note I specified ffmpegX which is Macintosh platform OSX.

    Convert to WAV, cut it in Quicktime player, convert back to ac3. Or take the original mpeg-2, cut it and demux.
