DVD Shrink chapter removal

Hi ive got some dvd decrypted onto my HDD (each are only 1gb each) so using DVD shrink I want to put 3 onto 1 dvdr (re-uathor) not bother with menus but each concert has chapters on them. can you remove the chapters??? I just one each concert as 1 long chapter.. dvd shrink just incorperates the chapters can you switch them off somehow???

method i would use:
rip each concert to a sperate M2V and sound file using DVDdecrypter.
Author each concert into a DVD using Ifoedit (or TMPGenc dvd author with no menu, personal preference on that one)
Load each of the three DVD titles into DVDshrink.

or if you don't need to do any shrinking, you can just author all three concerts together in TMPGenc dvd author.
