    Hi all,
I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times but I'm afraid I cannot find the answer anywhere.
Where is the best place/website to buy blank dvd discs in the UK (I'm happy to buy from outside UK if I know delivery is OK).

I currently get from blankdiscshop.co.uk at about 75p per disc (25 spindle), is that the going rate?

    Thanks

I'm going to assume you mean DVD-r and not DVD+r

No, if you so wish you can get them for circa. £0.45ea from blankdiscshop.co.uk, although I use the superb DV3071/25 GO4 inkjet printables at circa. £0.56ea

Once again.... There are cheaper disks and they work for some but not others. You are already using one of the best UK suppliers who sell a good range of disks. You dont say which ones you are curently using or which burner either.
Personally i use {DV 3071/25} Ritek Inkjet Printable A Grade 4x DVD-R in pack of 25 from them. Used enough to say they work for me in my Pioneer 105. £13.98 for 25 thats 55p a disk.
Did used to use Pinco's but now after 5 months having a hell of a job getting data of them without errors and these disks have been stored in a closed case and never used....

Edit the price has now droped to £13.49 for 25....53p a disk...and 99p postage this weekend as well for buyers club members...Subscribe now and reap the benefits

Yeah, SVP is now blankdiscshop, but I too call it SVP, it's how I knew it when I first started out

  8. i always buy from svp/blankdisk. 9 times out of 10 they're the cheapest - and they have a 7 day price promise (if they lower the price within 7 days on the site (AND you email them!!!) - you get a refund of the difference. As i am a minger i have claimed between 11p (true - i have no shame!!) and £2 something when Riteks price came tumbling down.
i find them helpful, cheap and above all extremely gracious when it comes to resolving problems.
