    I am using elby's CloneDVD to make "backups" of my DVDs. But I have a couple of questions about the program that I can't see the answers to my looking through the help section of the program.
    Can CloneDVD back up a double sided DVD? If so how?
    Also. can CloneDVD compress a movie of more than two hours to a single DVD +/- r ?

    What you are asking is ' DVD18 to DVD-R'
    Have a look HERE. It is a list of the tools that wil do it.

    DVD Shrink is probably the best because it is good and best of all free.

    BTW CloneDVD isn't in the list.

    Yes, I did LOTR and it looked ok
