    I have a 2 hr movie i want to convert to VCD format using TMPGEnc and it only does the first 50 min... i tried to decompress the movie but it still only decompresses the first 50 min... it goes to like 50% then jumps to 100%

    anyone know how to fix this?

    It would help if you described the specs of your file. What do you mean when you say you tried decompressing it?

    Its Xvid, with mp3 sound. 1:39:59 long, 700mb. avi format.

    I have this program called "Decompressor" its just one file no need for installing. i use that when TMPGEnc cant read a file. but this time that doesnt work ether.

    Try scanning for bad frames.
