Hi All,
I've had a search around the forums on this site - but can't seem to find anything that matches my problem, so here goes:
Recording from DVD-RAM to DVD-R using TMPGEnc DVD author 1.5. Works fine for most disks however some have the last section (say 15-20mins) of the last programme chopped off.
Example, DVD-RAM disk with three programmes:
Program1 duration: 1:28:40 - size 1779Mb
Program2 duration: 1:04:51 - size 1292Mb
Program3 duration: 40:48 - size 803Mb
When creating the project in TMPGEnc the durations of each programme are shown correctly and the edit window shows each programme up to the last correct frame. However, when playing back the resulting output folder the last programme is truncated.
At the moment I can't seem to find a pattern for which disks are affected - disks with also two programmes on have also done this.
Thanks for taking the time to read this post - any suggestions gratefully received!
Cheers,
Neil.

Look in the left guides section on common Tmpgenc problems.
Use that to change the priority of the mpeg2decoder. If you do
not see such an item on the list, goto the tools section and
download the mpeg2 plugin.
If this does not work, either try saving your video in a different
mode or check out frameserving. You can use DVD2AVI or avisynth
to correctly and speedily load mpeg-2 into tmpgenc.
