    I have a copy of norton systemworks professional 2004 but alas, I have lost the sleeve and do not have a 24 digit product key to reinstall on my new puter. anyone know how I can remedy this situation??

    Give them a call and let them know of you situation...they will let you know the steps to take to get things going. I had a similar situation with a game, and they had me send in the game...they sent a complete package back to me.

    EDIT: No receipt was necessary, just needed the original CD to send back. Sometimes the shop ya bought it from with help you out. In Japan anyway...and they will send you back a completely new copy with registeration stuff included.

    unfortunately I do not have any kind of reciept for the item in question and so that is not really an option but thanks anyway
