    I tried those. I think they were Bencole DVD's. My Lite-On didn't like them. I created a few coasters and took the pack back.

    That was the worst media ever made. It was like 60% errors. It would even produce coasters at 1x. I got them for free, tossed them in the trash after 5 failed. Worthless.

    Remember cheap floppies? they would delete after a few months, cheap dvds are that way too.

  6. I brought a 25pk in December 03 that were AN32 media. They burned well in the Sony 510 I was using at the time, but the outer edges had little scratches that fortunately did not affect what I had transferred. I then got another hundred the next day that were all AN31 media and the Sony kept spitting them out without being able to burn them. I got a refund the next week.
