  1. Hi, I write a subtitle for an opera using Subtitle Tool.
Once finished I run it with virtualdub and the subtitles are one over the other most of the time.
I try to reduce and/or adjust all the time leves of subtitles, but some of them dont leave enough time for reading.
I also try to correct the subtitle file using Subtitle Workshop, wich features some auto adjusting.
But I always have the same result when running on virtualdub: subtitle superposition.
My idea is to add permanent subtitles to an mpg file and burn it on a vcd.
I search the guides and most explain how to add permanente subtitles but none of them explain about virtualdub and the superposition of them.
    Can anybody help me?
Thanks and sorry for my english ...I am from argentina.

If you are using Virtual Dub, why not use Sub Station Alpha to tweak your subtitles. It has a function that will automatically shift any title that appears before a previous one has disappeared.
    Hello.
