  6. I was a fan of freaks, some scary carnival movie made in the 30's with people with no arms and legs, men who are women, two heads, some scary shit.

Not sure if this is a real one but in Red Dwarf (a UK tv show) a film is quoted: -

"Attack of the Killer Surfboarding Ninja Bikini Vampire Girls", quality.

  7. I have a few favorites...can't decide which I like most out them all -

Forbidden Zone - this is a one of kind...very funny, off the wall cult classic...even has Tatoo (Hervé Villechaize) from the TV show, Fantasy Island, in a sex scene
You fans of midget sex won't be disapointed 8)
    He plays King Fausto
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080752/

Ann And Eve - another one with midget sex...Marie Liljedahl goes on vaction with her wicked friend, Ann, and ends up having sex with everywhere with everyone...even the midget! You just got a love a great epic love story
Not only do you get the midget sex scene, but they perform it for a crosseyed queen - it's one of those rare gems you don't see every day
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0066774/

And if you're really really into midget sex....Seven Into Snowy is a porn version of Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs...and you'll just have to see it it believe it
Porn films of the '70s were just so much more adventurous.

    Homebodies
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0071617/
Attack of the of senior citizens! Avoid reading the review 'cause it gives away the whole plot.

    Mark Of The Devil
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0065491/
I originally saw this at a drive-in when I was a kid...the drive-in handed out free vomit bags to each car, in case seeing good ol' fashioned torture chambers with the works, incuding a woman getting her tongue pulled out, was a bit much for some folks
    A must see B-horror class-sick!

    Galaxina
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080771/

    Cherry 2000
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0092746/

    Rat Pfink And Boo Boo
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0059637/

Flesh For Frankenstein (also known as Andy Warhol's Frankenstein)
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0071508/

    Lust In The Dust
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089523/

The Wild, Wild World of Jayne Mansfield
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0063809/

Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! - probably the only Russ Myer movie that doesn't have any nudity in it.
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0059170/

Hollywood After Dark (also known as Walk The Angry Beach)
    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0055612/
Rue McClanahan (The Golden Girls) in her younger years plays a stripper and gets naked for real - too funny! See it to believe it if you can live to tell about it

    among many others

The biggest question is what is considered a "B-Movie". I don't feel that all independent movies are "B-Movies", although at one time I did...until Fox and other large scale companies made their own independent studios......not quite independent when you're still working for the large companies.

Would Evil Dead be a B movie or an independent movie?

    What's the diffrence?

Dude, if that exists..... I must see it

Emprire of the Ants - Pretty funny actually, about giant ants taking over Florida and turning people into zombies.

Terror in the Haunted House - Filmed in Psycho-Rama, old B/W film that would flash subliminal messages during the film to induce FeAr !!!

B-movie was a term used to describe movies produced and/or distributed by low-budget studios.
These movies usually played at drive-ins or matinees or as midnight showings at select theaters.

It started with cheap-made Western/Cowboy movies, Horror or Suspense, Jungle Adventures, Sci-Fi and Exploitation.
By the late '50s to late '60s...more of these type of movies were being produced adding Juvenile Schlock, early Rock 'n' Roll movies, Sword & Sandal, Biker movies, Spaghetti Westerns (usually produced in Italy and Spain), Spy Thrillers, Sexploitation, Drug and LSD movies, cheaply made Action movies, Kiddie Movies, Grade-A movie studio parodies and Martial Arts.

The modern B-movies would be the Straight-To-Video or Cable movies that wouldn't stand a chance playing at your local theater.

What seperates them from independent made films, is that B-movies are usually quickly and cheaply produced and aren't aimed at anything more than cult audiences and turning in a quick profit.
They are usually movies that wouldn't win any awards...other than a Turkey Award

No...he made a few before that one.
His first feature was The Immoral Mr. Teas, but he had made a few shorts prior to that.

They have most of Russ Meyer's movies plus a wide selection of many other movies...lots of stuff that hasn't been released on DVD and out of print videos.
