Got my 1st yellow card today !! I feel like a real member of the DVDRHelp community.

Sorry, as I was not aware that posting re: a locked thread was in violation of the forum rules. I can only assume the it was viewed as political, as it certainly was not religious, or Warez and I thought I was behaving. I tried to be as gentleman-like and not cast negatives, but I can certainly see where a thread like that could get out of hand. Certainly understand locking the thread, but I did not think it warranted a "yellow" card.

Anyhow -- what does a yellow card do and how long is it held against me? Does it go on my PERMANENT record??

I'll stick to "safer" threads like the "Word Association" thread !!

BTW, although I never saw any of those "photos" I agree with you 100%. Grisly war photos are tragic but using them for political propaganda is even more tragic. 1. it's there to remind you to watch what you post. only you and the mods can see it.

2. after 30 days, you can petition to a mod to have it removed.

3. only if you keep getting them...
