Ahead Software Nero - Burning Rom 5.5.5.4
DESCRIPTION:
Nero is CD-ROM creation software that is very well implemented.
It has all the abilities that are common to most CD creation programs
as well as a few other tricks. Many programs can create bootable CD-ROMs;
this program does it with options to emulate a 2.88 floppy or a hard drive.
It can burn data tracks, music tracks, and even hybrid Mac/PC combinations.
You can drag .mp3 files onto a new list; then, if audio is the selected burn method,
the data is converted on the fly to .wav format for audio players.
A wizard walks you through any necessary steps -- or you can choose to
avoid the help and just use the tabbed interface to adjust settings.
The interface is very simple to use and the setup is also quite complete.
If the program detects any conflicts like disconnect settings or other drivers
that may cause problems, it offers to change the settings for you.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Run Setup.exe in to install

I use 5.5.5.1 on XP without incident (except for a conflict with DVD-Write - if you want to use DVD-Write with a DVD-RAM, uninstall NERO, install DVD-Write, re-install NERO - otherwise, things don't work very well).
