What kind of MP4, DIVX? Depends on the type of file for the steps you would need to do. Generally TMPGEnc encoder can handle the video part.

  3. I assume your asking about mp4 video and not mp4 audio ....

All you need is an MP4 codec and TMPGEnc will convert it - there are some really good links for MP4 here: http://es.geocities.com/dextstuff/

I've used the MP4 codec from www.mpegable.com with TMPGEnc and didn't have any problems.

First, I saved file (Video Music) name HappyNewYear.MP4 to my desktop then I using TMPGEnc to try to open a file but an error message said "It can not suuport this type of file!"- Therefore, how can I do continue. I using Goldwave then I can pick out a audio file only.
    Thanks for all reply,

Install the TMPGEnc MOV Plugin, then try again with TMPGEnc. You must also have Quicktime installed.

It doesn't look like you installed the MPEGABLE DS Decoder yet. Once you have, try again with TMPGEnc. If it still doesn't work, try raising the priority of the TMPGEnc MOV Plugin in Options>Environmental Settings>VFAPI Plugin.
