I've got some MPEG files I'd like to run through a transcoder. I don't want to fully re-encode the footage (will take longer than its worth), and the files are .MPG files and do not come with a nav structure that DVDSHRINK and DVD2ONE always look for (get errors trying to use that software for this purpose).

Any ideas of what may exist ?

  3. You could always author to DVD and then transcode. Then simply re-multiplex the vobs back to .mpg files.
