I've just bought a Grundig DVDR550.
It came with a 2.4x DVD+RW disk - should I be using a '2.4' or '1.4'?
what is the difference
Thanks

2.4x refers to the record speed of the disc in PC drives.Your Grundig will record at 1 speed although DVD+RW discs are only available in 2.4 and 4 speeds.
DVD+R (record once only) discs are available as 2.4x,4x and 8x.
