    I am having a problem with sound popping in and out when i try 2 convert with tmpge on cq setting,it comes out fine with cbr.what am i missing.and b4 u say it.YES I DID A SEARCH .oh yeah the cq setting is 2000 max 500 min 1500 average.sound is set at 44100/ 224 birate

    oh yeah mu bad,cq setting is 2000 max/500 min.i was looking at 2 pass when i gave the settings above.
