Hi!
I recently bought a Phillips dvdr70 here in Europe, and it records to(hence from) PAL just great; but what about ntsc?
I thought I heard that you could change the settings on this recorder,
but I couldn't find anything in the manual about it. ( I think )
Anyone know if its possible to record a ntsc signal to a ntsc dvd+r?
thnx

I think if you're recording from ntsc material, then it'll record in ntsc. But you have to record to a blank disc, because you can't mix ntsc and pal material on the same disc.
