  1. Hi I have a pioneer A105 S DVD - 16x I believe, and I've just fited a 4x DVD Ricoh in my brothers PC. Here's the thing... my brother's DVD will decrypt at speeds averageing around 3.6x using DVD Decrypter... the best I can get form mine is only 1.7 average. Both are set up to use DMA if available - though I have seen little difference if enabled or not, and mine has a faster 7200 RPM HDD, my hard disk is one an on board promise ATA 100 controller. Any ideas why my DVD seems to rip so relatively slowly ?
