I am normally anal about computer, hi fi purchases and do research. I did not research in getitting a DVD player to replace my PS2 in this capacity. I bought a $89 Sony NS-575P featuring:
"12 Bit Video DAC with 54Mhz Processing"
I noticed that there is a Sony for $30 or so more, the NS-725P featuring:
"12 Bit Video DAC with 108Mhz Processing with NSV"
That's twice the DAC clockspeed with this system that moves vid noise external to the picture (NSV). I can still return the one I have - should I do so and pay the $30? Is the picture any better?
I have a 4:3 27" Sony VVEGA using component in and monster cables. What diff will this make?
Thanks.
