    I know Dvd2Avi can downmix AC-3 to pro-logic when you rip a dvd, but what if you have just a ac-3 file and you want to downmix it to pro-logic?

    Do you know about any application that does this?

    Preferably an application that is easy to use...

    just wondering, if i downmix an ac3 to pro logic, will the audio be prologic still if i convert to vcd with TMPEG?
