    I want to convert a Pal DVD to NTSC format while keeping the menus, etc, and I found a perfect tool called MPEG2Works. It will convert Pal vobs to NTSC!
    Unfortunately, it's only available for Mac.
    Is there anything similar for the PC?

    The app is Mac only - since the author makes apps sepcifically for the OSX platform.

    It will only go PC if someone make a similar app for your platform.
