I need 4 to 4-pin IEEE 1394 for my Pio 210 and Sony TRV 740 and 103.
Comp USA has them for 12-$50
Ebay has them for @$6 w/shipping.
Will the cheaper ones perform as well as the more expensive?
CompUSA also has a converter for about $4.23 ( I have a 4/6 pin cable ) Do these work well?

Not sure about Ebay, but that type of cable shouldn't be more than $5 - $10US. They are commonly used for digital cameras. The adapter should work also. Try RadioShack, Staples, or as you mentioned CompUSA.
