There's not a lot of magic to it, though I found that after not using my 640 for a while, I had trouble getting the caddy to work properly everytime. Most of it comes down to getting a feel for the timing. Knowing just when to feed the caddy into the machine. You can also try running one of the available cleaning sheets through your printer, and make sure that the caddy is clean, slipping is sometimes a problem. If none of that works, the cutout in the corner of the caddy might need some adjustment. You might want to make another caddy out of cardboard so you don't waste any good plastic, if you cut too far, your whole caddy can get messed. If you have cut too far, the only thing you can do is cut the whole front edge down a little, making the entire caddy shorter. I'm thinking that I may have to do that last bit with my caddy. If you are cutting your caddy, remember to only cut a few millimeters at a time.
Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?
