ok i need some help, i am new to the dvd arena. i have a movie in avi file, i used culsoft avi converter and got video clip,2 mpeg files, and an m2v file, then used ifoedit to get:
    video_ts
    video_ts.bup
    vts_01_0
    vts_01_0.bup
    vts_01_1.vob
    vts_01_02.vob
    vts_01_03.vob
i open nero 6 ultra, new DVD video, move files to video_ts folder. and click burn. no it tells me its waiting for drive to become ready. im lost, confused. i am using hp dvdr/cdr and memorex dvd-r 4x media.
am i doing something wrong? did i convert them right? is there an easier way? i would be greatful for any help you can give.
    thank you

Working drive -vs- drive that can't read the disc that's been placed in it?

    Just a wild guess.

    Fatboy,
    whats the difference?
This kind of question inspires this kind of reply:
Working drive -vs- drive that can't read the disc that's been placed in it?

    Just a wild guess.
Sacajaweeda's answer was appropriate. Calling him "numbnuts" isn't going to inspire him or others to help you :P
