Does it matter which file you use, or do they all crash your system? Also, have you tried reinstalling?
Hello. -
I have reinstalled xp pro several times and tmpgec and crashes with all files

There are any number of things that could cause a problem like that.
If I were you, I'd start by updating the video card with the latest drivers for XP -
Ya I thought that was the problem but thats been done but I still think its a video card issue I really just wanted to get it confirmed really before shelling out on a new card again
but if you have any other ideas Im all ears -
Encoding is intensive for a PC so any weak components can heat up and fail like: Ram, CPU, power supply, motherboard and maybe video card.
You'll need to do some swapping to find it."Art is making something out of nothing and selling it." - Frank Zappa
