    Hi. Can anyone help me design and make some DVD still menus? I am using Adobe Photoshop. What I need help with is what size to make the image, save in what format, as well as making chapter selection menus and a trailer menu. For the chapter select, do I have to make the clickable thumbnails myself and then make more than one page of selection menus if there are more than 4 chapter selections? Any help is appreciated!
