I recently purchased a Toshiba DVD writer (SDR 1112) from TigerDirect, and tried to play a region 1 movie, and got an error saying that the drive is set to the wrong region for the disk.

How can I determine what region it is set for, and how do I change it?
Toshiba phone support is impossible to get anyone to help.
