DVD Structure for Movie Trailers

Ok, this is what I want to do:

1. Create a DVD for Movie Trailers
2. Choose a simple DVD Authoring software
3. A PROGRAM THAT WILL ALLOW ME TO CREATE SUBMENUS LINKED FROM A MOTION MENU ON THE MAIN MENU

Try Nero Vision Express, it does a pretty good job of combining various VOB's and it creates menus.
