    I autored DVD files using DVD Lab from MPEG-2 file.
    And I deleted MPEG-2 and Project files.

    Later I found that, 'Play Movie' on the menu is not connected properly.

    Is there anyway I can fix this, without having original Video file and project file?

    You can import the vobs in dvd-lab and reauthor a new dvd.
