    Can someone tell me why my new 107 will not write using dvddecrypter or recordnowmax 4.5 without locking up my computer it will rip using both programs , it writes perfect using alcohol and nero.
    I also have a NEC2500A which works perfect with all the above programs ????????????????????

    Upgrade to the latest firmware 1.13. check if DMA is on completely uninstall your software and reinstall it and try different media

    I am also having problems. How do you check the DMA settings in Windows XP?

    Also my drive is on a Raid Channel. Does that matter?
