  1. Tried it with dvdshrink as region free but thats not working.
    I think I need to resize and change the frame rate...?
    Is this a job for dvd2dvdr?

    This is a "tricky" process. It can be done and really is NOT all that difficult but it ain't no walk in the park either.

    Here are two resources to get you started:

    Link ONE is a great resource and guide but it lacks perhaps some of the more step-by-step details. Link TWO is a long read but after reading it you should be able to do the conversion.

    I started writing a guide on this but never finished ... maybe I'll revisit that sometime and actually finish it up.
