Well this is the first time this has ever happend to me and i couldnt really find anything on it so i thought id try this.

Why would it be that when i try convert a .avi through tmpgenc it only processes the video up to a certain point and the weird thing is that point always seems to be random. Ive done the rip the audio to a .wav and it still messes up on me so if anyone out there can help in anyway i would apreciate it greatly! Ciao

Before you run a video through TMPGenc you should always check it for bad frames. Which is probably what you have.
    Use this .

  3. I ran one of my movies through VirtualDub MP3 freeze. The log it created does not open just by double clicking. It pops up a box that asks if I want to open or download which neither option opens it. I right clicked and opened in notepad. It was blank. Does that mean my file didn't have any bad frames or am I not opening it right?
