    ffmpeg has got a great option to go from divx to a burnable dvd image, but is it possible to create chapter in this image??

    Not that I'm aware of, but you can use the m2v and mpa files from ffmpegx in Sizzle 0.1 though, and add chapter markers there (make sure you dont add chapters that are after the end of the movie or sizzle will crash).
