Right my dads just bought a panny hs2. He's trying to set it up with the grundig sky box and panny tv.Set it up as the manual states, but all the channels are snowy! Does the panny need to be plugged in and on standby to get a decent pic? He won't plug it in cause he's read too far on in the manual and it says you need the tv right first lololol.
Nearly had a fight with him before cause i wanted to plug it in!!
Help me![]()

I do not remember the wording in the manual; however, in the US, when my HS2 is unplugged, the picture looping through the HS2 appears snowy on my Sony set.
When your father leaves the room or turns in for the night, plug the HS2 in and check out the picture -
Right that's sorted that, but sky is really bad through the dvd player. It's clear through av2 so it's not the sat signal.
Any ideas? -
At the top of the page is a box for searching, just input 'sky' you can read lots of topics on how people got it going.
