It could possibly work, the only thing would be is, the recievers that come with the service has a smart card, the signal is encrypted and the card allows the access and the reciever decripts the signal. I would try to find out more info from the manufacturer of the card before buying the item, you may be very dissappointed.

    No, that card will not work with DirecTV or DishNetwork.

    However, it could work in some European Countries like Germany.

    Save your money.

    You may ask, why?

    Well, DirecTV uses an encrypted data stream that needs to be decrypted first to be viewable, as wingnut2003 said, you would need a Smart Card and a subscription with DirecTV and this can only be done using a Satellite Receiver such as the RCA or Hughes.

  3. you can get BEV and DISH with this card, but there are better, and you need a faster computer, the advantage is perfect quality I usually get around 4mbs with no need to reencode

    How do you deal with the access card? I didn't see anything listed about a card and the reader.
    Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?
