    Has anyone experienced trouble backing up the Creature Comforts DVD(original).
    Have tried
    DVD Decrypter & Smartripper ( Remove Macrovision selected)
    Burning with Nero
    & there is still protection carrying on over to the DVDr-R

    Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the quick advice -it is highly appreciated - I have worked with Smartripper and Dvd Decrypter for the last year and a half and never have i seen a disk like this.

    I will give your suggestion a try. thks

    Try the ubiquotis "playing it in PowerDVD" for 5 minutes of the main movie, pause, rip. I've found this happens when the DVD CSS keys change from scene to scene (mostly with complex menus/extras).

    Watch DVDDecryptor sometimes while it's ripping. I've seen 1 key and I've seen it change constantly.

    I never solved it.
    Will
