I just cant get a reply for a key from author of svcd2dvd.

I have no idea why, I see posts from him im here..I have emailed for last 2 days leaving this program open waiting for key. I have pm him here, no reply yet, now both of my keys are used its says at website..I have no spam filter..now the key window crashed, so I guess what I sent is now no good even if I get a key for the old info..I really think you should have given your paying customers warning ahead of time to resolve this before cutting us off from the program that was working fine. I mean you do have our email addys and could have warned us to get this key thing straight before just cutting us off, I pm you 2 time with all info to verify I am a customer or a "donater" and was a happy one. this is just getting old now going on day 3..so crissyboy, reply here or pm me just incase I'm not recieving your emails for some reason.. and let me know what to do to correct this, Thanks I await your help.

I've been having a difficult time sending you a PM requesting my license information be re-set. Your mail server bounced my 1st email that I sent on Feb. 27. I've sent 2 follow-up emails plus an additional email to the badger@<a class="contentlink" href="https://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=245#comments" t...cd2dvd</a>.com address as well.

Any assistance you can provide getting my license reset would be greatly appreciated.

I have reset it. It appears that verizon.net have blocked all emails from my domains. I shall send them an email - maybe you could too.
