going crazy with tmpgnec!

i have just reformatted my hardrive and reinstalled tmpgenc. here is my problem. i am doing absolutely nothing different than i always have, but tmpgenc is not opening my .d2v files from dvd2avi. when i click on video file in the wizard, it will not even show my d2v files much less load them. any ideas on what is going on here. i have never had this prob before with this program. it also does the same thing with main concept mpeg encoder.

never mind, i figured it out. i had downloaded the new version of dvd2avi which was 1.77.4 and for some reason tmpgenc wouldnt recognize the d2v files it put out. i removed that version and downloaded ver 1.77.3 and it works perfectly fine.

make sure that you have a copyof DVD2AVI.vfp from the DVD2AVI folder in the TMPGenc folder.
You might also want the QTReader.vfp so you can read quicktime .mov files and m2v.vfp for reader SVCD .mpg files

i have the all the dvd2avi and tmpgenc files in the same folder. it has never been a prob before. just dont know why the last version works fine and not the new version.

1.77.3 is the version I use...there might be some clitch with the new version...was the .vfp file present in the new version of DVD2AVI?
