    Could some one please point me in the right direction so i can download this please Tmpge version 1.0.4.24 i have look every where as well as there site.

    Why bother downloading an old version when there's newer and more powerful ones.

    I was wanting the old version because i have been following a tutorial and the instructions are not the same with the new version, and been new to this putting svcd onto dvd means i am now stuck. Tmpge wont accept the mpeg file it says GOP is too big or something meaning the frame rate is 29.7 and should be much lower.

    The GOP structure doesn't have anything to do with framerate. If the GOP is too long you have to reencode the file an limit the GOP size. In TMPGEnc, go to settings ---> GOP Structure, and in "MAX frames in a GOP" choose 15 for PAL movies or 18 for NTSC.
