Is this when you play back on the TV or your computer? If it's the TV only, you might want to change your font and/or size--one-pixel wide horizontal lines will appear to jump up and down on a TV, due to interlacing.

You are using .stl format, right? Wel, you set the font name by adding a line at the beginning with "$FontName = Arial" as a line by itself, and a font size with "$FontSize = 36". I've got all the options documented at http://www.geocities.com/mcpoodle43/DVDMaestro/stl_format.html.

Then I guess it isn't the font. I've heard of other people having problems with shaking fonts in Maestro, but I've never seen it myself. Sorry I couldn't be more help to you.

having been authorig on maestro for some time now, and doing countless discs with subtitles, i have never had this happen to me(shaky subtitles).
i looked at the replies to ths particular post, and i have to ask, are you getting the shaky titles from the emulation, or from the actual disc.
if you are doing emulation, are you doing it on cpu monitor, tv monitor, or both?

Are thes subtitles from lets say an .ogm or .mkv file. IF so how aru you converting them to .stl. The best way i've found is Subtitle Workshop, and this is where you would set your font and other settings. I would use an Arial font between 24-32 and it seems that they are more legible if you do not use a bold type face. Beware not to use to thick of an outline or some type of script looking font, this is where i've seen the most problems with jumping subtitles.
