I have a film in avi format in 2 halves (cd1 & cd2) and also seperate *idx and *sub files for both cd's. I want to put the film on to 1 dvdr with selectable subtitles. I've been doing it for ages now without subtitles no problem but would like to have a go with selectable subtitles this time only i'm not sure how to go about it. Can anyone offer me some advice? Thanx fellas.

Find some way to "glue" the VobSub subs together (I think subresync can do this) then run it thru sub2sup, then author with IfoEdit. If concatenating VobSub subs is impossible, try to convert to some text based format, join the text files (adjusting the timing of the 2nd part), convert it to .srt format and convert to .sup with srt2sup
