need some help please

Firstly I'm sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum.

I have a number of DVD's that were created from VCD's, when I transfered them I put 3 or 4 movies on each disk.

My problem is that I cant seem to make backups of these DVD's for other people, Nero says the media I am using to burn too is too small even though its the same size, clonedvd just spits the blank disk out as its about to burn to it.

Any help greatly appreciated.

are you trying to burn on the fly or did you rip to the harddrive first? sounds like you are doing the first way, i'd try using dvd decryptor and ripping to harddrive first or you could even use it to simply burn it.

I was trying on the fly, but cloneDVD 'rips' to HDD then burns I think but that didnt work either.

I'll give DVD Decryptor a go though thanks.

Just to confirm that using DVD decryptor solved the problem.

I ripped the files to the HDD and then used nero to burn them with no problems, the good thing is that I can now 'duplicate' the new disk I have made.
